This recipe is filled with omega-3’s and healthy fats through the avocado mash. The GG crackers are only 20 calories each, contain 4 grams of fiber, and are low in sugar- making it a combo that will keep you full & happy. GG crackers have the highest dietary fiber and is an all natural, traditionally baked, Scandinavian crispbread. They are ideal for those who are trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy body weight. Pair these crackers with any of your favorite toppings!

INGREDIENTS // Serving size: 1
+ 1 avocado
+ 4 GG crackers
+ Sea salt & other seasonings of your choice
- Cut open a ripe avocado. Mash with fork in a bowl for a consistency that is easier to spread on crackers.
- Spread avocado mash evenly over 4 crackers.
- Sprinkle with a dash of salt, add pepper (optional), or other spice as preferred.
