Roasted Cauliflower with Stephanie Nass

This sweet and savory vegetable side dish will be your new go-to for a healthy snack or compliment to your favorite protein for lunch or dinner! Previously Chef Stephanie Nass showed us how to make her favorite breakfast dish, which you can find here.

Today, she is showing us a delicious, healthy, and easy way to eat cauliflower. Cauliflower is a great vegetable to add to your weekly dinner rotation. We love it because it’s high in fiber, good source of antioxidants, helps with weight loss, and a low carb alternative to grains and legumes. Paired with this delicious sauce and toppings mentioned below, this vegetable side dish will be a staple for you and your family

INGREDIENTS // Serving size: 1
Raw Cauliflower
Olive Oil
White Vinegar
Lemon Juice
Slivered Almonds






















  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add cauliflower to baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and combine.
  5. Put in oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown at 375 degrees.
  6. When cauliflower is done, add slivered almonds and currants as topping.
  7. Pour sweet lemony sauce on top. Stir and combine.
  8. Enjoy!


Mix one part honey, 2 parts white vinegar, & 4 parts lemon juice. Stir thoroughly.
