Today, she is showing us a delicious, healthy, and easy way to eat cauliflower. Cauliflower is a great vegetable to add to your weekly dinner rotation. We love it because it’s high in fiber, good source of antioxidants, helps with weight loss, and a low carb alternative to grains and legumes. Paired with this delicious sauce and toppings mentioned below, this vegetable side dish will be a staple for you and your family

INGREDIENTS // Serving size: 1
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add cauliflower to baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and combine.
- Put in oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown at 375 degrees.
- When cauliflower is done, add slivered almonds and currants as topping.
- Pour sweet lemony sauce on top. Stir and combine.
Mix one part honey, 2 parts white vinegar, & 4 parts lemon juice. Stir thoroughly.
